Expedited removals and the Alien Enemies Act being stretched to skip due process for anyone, even those with status, is a problem; courts have already slapped down some of those moves, like with that Maryland guy sent to El Salvador by mistake. ItтАЩs not the America First plan I signed up for; itтАЩs sloppy and risks alienating good people who followed the rules. Trump needs to tighten the net to target only the lawbreakers, not turn ICE into a blunt hammer.
