The first journal I can ever remember having, I was in third grade, and it was one of those composition books with the black-and-white splotchy covers.
I’ve always loved writing in a journal, and now I’m going to start posting some of the stuff that I write. And I’m going to call it Joe’s Journal — at least, that’s what I’m going to call it for now. And I’m going to use the platform Substack, so you don’t have to have this attention-maximizing algorithm between you and me, if you are someone out there who feels like reading what’s on my mind.
So, if I’ve piqued your interest at all, go ahead and subscribe and I’ll start sending you little things that I write. And I’m not going to do a paywall or anything, it’s all totally free. And I think I’m also going to record myself reading these journal entries, so if you prefer to listen to audio or watch video, that’ll be for you.
