It's interesting that pretty much everything is regulated so it makes you wonder who has something to gain by not regulating this. Because C.R.E.A.M rules the world. I believe that, although artificial intelligence won’t possess a soul, it will develop its own independent logic. Once this logic diverges from human values, it could potentially pose dangers in its judgments and decisions. To me, AI’s way of thinking is like a Möbius strip having only one surface and one edge.
